Steps to be taken by students, faculty and staff before July 12th:

As you may be aware, every user in our system has at least two identities to access various information systems and applications across the enterprise.

• CAS Identity is used for CCCS Enterprise Applications, such as College Portal, D2L, Student Email, Student Office 365, Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service, Navigate, DegreeWorks, Mobile App, Grails, Workflow, JobSub, Banner Document Management (BDM), and many other applications accessible through the portal for students, staff and faculty.
• Active Directory Identity is used to access campus computing resources, such as computers, network, VPN, Citrix, Staff and Faculty Email and Office 365, WebEx Teams, WebEx Meetings, and other communication, productivity, and collaboration tools.

Having a single identity to access technology-enhanced services transforms the student experience, and enables ease of access to work tools and resources for employees.
